The animal pet has been vaccinated or revaccinated against rabies by using registered in activated vaccine containing minimum one antigen unit per dose (WHO standard) or a recombinant vaccine expressing the immunising glycoprotein of the rabies virus in a live virus vector and that 21 days have passed since the vaccination, in case of the first vaccination against rabies.

Conditions for non-commercial movement of animal pets from non-listed countries
The animal pet have been subjected to antibody titre testing of blood serum for titre of specific neutralizing antibodies against rabies virus, where limit titre is minimum 0,5 IU/ml, in laboratory authorized by European Union, at least 30 days subsequent to vaccination and three months before exportation, however, testing of the blood serum should not be repeated in case of animals which have been regularly re-vaccinated after the last titration in in tervals as determined in the in struction of the vaccine manufacturer, and in case of repeated importation of animal pets, the fact of blood serum testing is confirmed by passport.

If you enter the country with your pet as excess baggage – the procedure is very easy:
You should not go to the Vet Control or declare your pet. You should go through the green (normal) line customs with your pet. The customs might stop you and ask you to show them the documents for your Pet: Vaccination record (or pet passport or papers) and the Russian Health Certificate Form 15. The procedure is the same at all airports.
The Border Veterinary Inspection Post at Belgrade Airport has specific hours:
Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 19:00.
Weekends: Vet in spection is available upon request, but not automatically staffed all weekend.
This means that outside typical weekday hours, a veterinary in spector must be notified in advance (appointment) if you need of ficial animal in spection at weekends or after 19:00.
