Pet transport services
Fully managed means you are not left holding any part of it. Here is what that covers, who does what, and what we need from you.
The five things we handle
- Door-to-Door Service Available
- Vaccination Requirement Assistance
- IATA Approved Travel Crates
- Options for Any Breed, Any Destination
- Dedicated Travel Coordinator You Can Call Anytime
What door-to-door actually means
A member of our team works with your vet, the airline, and where it is needed arranges home pickup, customs clearance and delivery on arrival. The parts people usually do not expect are the ones at the far end: an arrival address in the destination country is a requirement of the airline, not a preference of ours, and most cargo arrivals need a customs broker to clear them. Both are things we arrange rather than hand back to you.
The people on a move
Our booking form collects four parties, because a move usually involves more than the owner:
| Party | What they do |
|---|---|
| Home collection party | Who we collect the pet from, if it is not you |
| Consigner / shipper | The person sending the pet |
| Consignee / receiver | Who receives the pet — must be an address in the arrival country, a requirement of the airline |
| Customs agent | Where a broker is handling clearance on arrival |
The crate
Your pet’s safety is our #1 priority, so the crate is not an afterthought. Airline regulations require at least 3″ clearance on length and when sitting inside the carrier, and sitting height is usually the determining factor. Take the three measurements, put them into the size finder, or give them to us on the form and we will size it for you.
What it costs to start
The consultation and the quote are free. When we take on a new client we ask for a non-refundable deposit of $500 to cover all the admin costs related to your pet’s transportation, and generally the remaining balance once the airline confirms the booking. Larger hard costs — the kennel, ground transport through a partner, veterinarian or boarding — are asked for upfront. The full terms are on our deposit and refund policy.

Questions about the service
What is included in a door-to-door pet transport service?
A member of our team guides you through the entire process, working with your vet, the airline, and if needed coordinating home pickup, customs clearance, and delivery on arrival — plus vaccination requirement assistance and an IATA approved travel crate.
Why do you need an address in the arrival country?
The consignee, or receiver, must be an address in the arrival country. That is a requirement of the airline, not a preference of ours, and a booking cannot be completed without one.
Do I need a customs broker at the other end?
For pets arriving as manifest cargo, usually yes — clearance is handled by a broker. It is one of the parties our booking form collects, and it is something we arrange rather than leave to you.
What do I need to give you to get started?
Where your pet is travelling from and to, the travel date, and each pet’s name, breed, age and measurements. If you have multiple pets please include each pet’s information with the values separated by commas.
If you do not have the measurements yet, leave them blank — we can take them on the call.
