Booking questions
Why do you need a consignee address in the arrival country?
The consignee, or receiver, must be an address in the arrival country. That is a requirement of the airline, not a preference of ours, and the booking cannot be completed without it.
What information does the booking form collect?
The home collection party, the consigner or shipper, the consignee or receiver, and the customs agent — each with a name, email, phone and address. Where a party is the same as the client or the consigner, you can say so rather than typing it twice.
What happens to the information I submit?
This system allows all the collected information to feed directly into our project management system, so your travel coordinator has everything needed to arrange every aspect of your pet's travel.
