Where this fits in the timeline. The order matters more than the effort: a rabies vaccination given before the microchip was implanted does not count in most regimes, and a titer test drawn too early restarts a waiting period. On a move we handle, we check your pet's existing dates against these rules on the free consultation before anything is booked.

Note: In Haiti, it is very hard to work with all government of fices, the assistance is very slow, the easiest destination from PAP is MIA, some can work with American Cargo for small dog and cat.
For big breeds usually it is easier to arrange by crossing to Santo Domingo and then ship to destination.
From the situation that Haiti still faces with the violent actions in the streets by gangs, measures are taken to cross, what we do is bring the pets as extra luggage to Santo Domingo, and not take risks due to the in security represented by the roads to the borders.
