What happens after I submit the quote form?
After receiving your inquiry we give you a free consultation call to review the details you provided, check your pet’s current vaccination status, and better understand your needs and concerns. Once we understand your situation we provide a custom quote tailored to you.
Do you charge for the consultation, or for explaining the requirements?
No. Unlike others, we clearly explain destination requirements and guide you through the process free of charge. If a pet shipper is not necessary, we will tell you that too — sometimes there are cheaper options where you do not even need a pet shipper.
What details should I put in the form?
As much as possible: where your pet is travelling from and to, the travel date, and each pet’s name, breed, age, length, width and sitting height. If you have multiple pets, include each pet’s information with the values separated by commas.
